Joe Coffee is one of those spots that you keep coming back to—whether you need a caffeine boost, a cozy spot to chill, or just an excuse to grab something delicious. It’s one of my favorite places to hit up in the city, and honestly, they do everything well.

Drinks

Their coffee? Always solid. My go-to is an iced caramel latte, and let me tell you, it’s perfection. The caramel adds just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the coffee, and it’s so smooth and refreshing. If you’re more of a hot drink person, though, their hot chocolate and cappuccinos are next-level. They’re rich, creamy, and exactly what you want on a cold day—basically a hug in a cup. And the foam art is definitely a bonus!

Food

Okay, let’s talk about the banana bread. It’s not your average banana bread; this is game-changing. They’ve got options like caramelized banana bread (perfectly sweet and sticky) and Nutella-stuffed banana bread that is, quite honestly, a dream. If you’re a banana bread fan, you have to try it—it might ruin all other banana bread for you.

They also have plenty of other baked goods and light bites, but the banana bread is what keeps me coming back (along with the iced caramel latte, of course).

Atmosphere

The vibe at Joe Coffee is very NYC—bustling but not overwhelming, with a cozy feel that makes you want to stay a while. Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee run or camping out for a study session, it’s always a good time. The staff is super friendly, and there’s just a nice energy about the place.

Joe Coffee is one of those rare spots where you can’t really go wrong with anything you order. Whether it’s coffee, hot chocolate, or their insane banana bread, you’re in for a treat.
